BULLDOG is a one-of-one 2022 Jeep 392 build engineered to deliver best-in-class sand performance, high-speed desert stability, and torque-heavy rock crawling capability — without compromising long-distance reliability. At its core is an AMW 6.4L Supercharged V8 (505 HP) conversion with heavy-duty oil/water cooling upgrades, reinforced drivetrain components (Apex chassis), and custom AMW tuning/engine management for consistent power under heat and load. An Advance Adapters Atlas transfer case and heavy-duty Adams driveshafts complete a drivetrain package built to survive high-torque use.

To match the power, BULLDOG runs a premium axle and suspension system: Dynatrac ProRock Dana 60 rear paired with a Dynatrac ProFloat 44-60 front, a performance differential setup for durability, and Teraflex long-travel geometry with reinforced mounts/brackets. The suspension is tuned around King 10” coilovers (6 months old) with King hydraulic bump stops for high-speed control and impact management. Steering is fully upgraded with a complete PSC hydraulic steering system (steering box, high-flow pump, ram assist, heavy-duty links) plus independent oil cooling to maintain stable steering performance in extreme conditions.

Protection and functionality are built-in throughout, including reinforced frame components, heavy-duty skid protection, custom fabrication for clearance, RockJock Antirock sway bars, and custom Rebel inner fenders. Recovery and trail readiness are handled by Motobilt Rock Crusher bumpers front and rear, a Warn 12S winch with Factor 55 hardware, reinforced recovery points, and a Teraflex reinforced spare tire carrier.

Rolling stock is purpose-built for desert and rock use with Baja Built forged beadlock wheels wrapped in Yokohama 37” off-road tires (desert and rock rated). Air management is handled by two ARB Twin compressors separating air lockers from the dedicated inflate system, alongside a custom 4-point inflate setup for quick and consistent tire pressure changes. The exterior is finished in a custom Blue / Silver scheme with functional off-road body modifications (Motobilt / American Adventure Labs), plus a Borla cat-back exhaust and a trailer towing package.

Lighting and electrical were recently refreshed with a full Future Eyes lighting suite added last week (light bar, pillar, bumper, fog, side markers), upgraded wiring/relays, and integrated controls via Switch-Pros 12-switch system. Inside, the build stays performance-focused and premium with a custom Rubicon leather interior, AMW badging throughout, MHF carbon fiber steering wheel and carbon interior trim, Garmin Tread XL + satellite dome, Icom 2000 CB radio, American Adventure Labs MOLLE panels/storage solutions, reinforced seating and harness mounting points, and cleanly integrated accessory control panels.
