Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Check your inbox and spam folder. You can also find it in your account order history.
My tracking shows no updates
It can take 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking to activate. If there's no update after 3 days, contact our support team and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are possible before shipment. Once shipped, contact us immediately and we'll attempt to redirect with the carrier (fees may apply).
What if my package is damaged?
All shipments are insured. Take photos of the damage and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll process a replacement or refund.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by region: GCC 2-4 days, Middle East 3-5 days, Europe/US 5-10 days, rest of world 7-14 days.
