1. UAE delivery

The Emirates is our home market. Most orders ship from our warehouse the same business day and reach you within 1-3 business days via our local logistics partner.

2. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar

We ship across the Gulf via tracked international courier. Transit times depend on destination city and customs clearance at the receiving border.

International shipping within the GCC is quoted at checkout based on your cart's dimensional weight. For large items (wheels, bumpers, lift kits), we recommend getting a pre-checkout quote via WhatsApp — often there's a faster/cheaper option we can arrange specifically for the route.

3. International & outside GCC

We regularly ship to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International delivery typically takes 10-21 business days via tracked courier or air freight for large items.

For oversize items (like a full suspension kit or steel bumper), we often arrange direct air-freight or sea-freight — this is quoted separately. Get in touch before ordering large items internationally and we'll confirm the fastest route.

4. Order tracking

Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking:

  1. 1. Order confirmation (immediate)

    Right after checkout, you'll get an email confirming your order, items, and the delivery address.

  2. 2. Dispatch notification

    Once your order leaves our warehouse (usually the same or next business day), you'll get a second email + SMS with a live tracking link.

  3. 3. In-transit updates

    Our courier partners push status updates automatically — you'll see "out for delivery" on the tracking page when it's nearly with you.

  4. 4. Delivery proof

    On delivery, the courier captures either a signature or a photo of the parcel at your door. This is your proof of delivery.

5. Customs, duties & VAT

Inside the UAE

Prices on our site include 5% UAE VAT at checkout for UAE-billed orders. No additional customs duties apply for UAE domestic delivery.

Inside the GCC (outside UAE)

The GCC operates a customs union — most goods move between GCC countries with minimal duty, but each destination country may apply local VAT or a small customs clearance fee at the border. These fees are collected by the destination customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.

For high-value orders (AED 5,000+) we can often pre-clear customs for a fee — WhatsApp us before you order and we'll look into it for your specific destination.

International (outside GCC)

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) by default. This means the customer is responsible for local customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees at the destination country. We can quote DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service on request for some routes — ask before ordering.

Transparency note: we never undervalue shipments or label them as "gifts" to dodge customs. That's illegal in every GCC country and puts you at risk. We declare full value honestly on every shipment.

6. Heavy & oversize items

Some products we sell are bulky by nature — a set of 5 wheels, a steel front bumper, a full lift kit, or an ARB refrigerator. For these items:

  • UAE delivery: typically 2-4 business days due to special handling. We use specialist couriers for heavy freight.
  • GCC cross-border: 7-14 business days. Shipping cost is always quoted at checkout based on real dimensional weight, not estimates.
  • International: air-freight or sea-freight quoted separately. Sea-freight for wheels/bumpers can be significantly cheaper on long routes — ask.

If an oversize item shows a shipping cost that seems high at checkout, WhatsApp us before you cancel — we can often quote a better specific route.

7. Returns & damaged shipments

Every Xtreme 4x4 order is inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event something arrives damaged or is the wrong item:

  1. 1. Photograph everything on arrival

    Before installing or using the part, take photos of the packaging, the item, and any visible damage. This protects your claim with the courier.

  2. 2. Contact us within 48 hours

  3. 3. We arrange the next step

    Depending on the issue: we either ship a replacement at our cost, refund to your original payment method, or arrange an exchange — whichever gets you back on the trail fastest.

8. Frequently asked questions

Do you offer free shipping?

Not by default — shipping is calculated based on actual cart weight and delivery address so you only pay what it truly costs. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions on specific products or order-value thresholds — keep an eye on our guides section and homepage.

How do I know if something is in stock?

Product pages show stock status live. If a product is out of stock, you can use the "Notify me when back in stock" form on the product page — we'll email you the moment it's back.

Can I pick up orders from your warehouse?

Yes — WhatsApp us on +971 58 578 3822 to arrange a warehouse pickup. It's by appointment so we can have your order ready.

Do you ship to Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Saudi Arabia is one of our largest cross-border markets. Shipping is quoted at checkout. Customs clearance happens at the Saudi border — some goods cross same-day, others may take 2-4 days depending on inspection. Typical total transit: 5-8 business days.

What courier do you use?

We use several depending on the destination and package type — local UAE couriers for Emirates delivery, and Aramex, DHL, or freight partners for GCC and international routes. For each order, we pick the best combination of speed and cost.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes — enter the shipping address separately at checkout. Common for installing at a workshop address different from home.

Do international orders include duties?

No — international orders are shipped DDU by default (you pay duties at destination). On request we can sometimes quote DDP (duties pre-paid) service for specific routes. Ask before you order.

What if my parcel is lost or stuck in customs?

Rare but it happens on long international routes. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, WhatsApp us your order number and we'll escalate with the courier. For customs holds, we'll help provide any additional documentation the destination customs authority requires.
