BULLDOG is a one-of-one 2021 Jeep 392 full custom build engineered for extreme desert heat, high-speed sand performance, and torque-heavy rock crawling — while remaining reliable for long-distance overland missions. At the heart of the build is an AMW Hellcat engine swap: a 6.2L supercharged V8 (707 HP) paired with heavy-duty cooling upgrades, reinforced drivetrain components, and custom AMW tuning/engine management to deliver consistent power under harsh conditions.

The drivetrain is built to handle the torque with a premium, reliability-focused setup: Dynatrac ProRock Dana 60 rear and Dynatrac ProFloat 44-60 front axles, heavy-duty Adams driveshafts, ARB air lockers front and rear, and a performance differential configuration designed for high-load durability. Power delivery is supported by an Advance Adapters Atlas transfer case plus a complete cooling package including a transmission cooler, oil cooling radiators, and a larger thermostat — specifically built for the heat of the desert.

Suspension and handling are tuned for both speed and control with King triple bypass custom shocks, King hydraulic bump stops, and Teraflex Alpine IR long-travel geometry with reinforced mounts and brackets, complemented by 4.5” rock crawler triple-rated springs for added capability and stability under load. Steering is fully upgraded with a complete PSC hydraulic steering system (steering box, high-flow pump, ram assist) and heavy-duty steering links/components (Apex chassis) to maintain precise control on high-speed dunes and technical terrain.

For protection and functional off-road use, BULLDOG features reinforced frame components, heavy-duty skid protection, and custom fabrication for drivetrain and suspension clearance. The exterior is finished with custom BULLDOG styling, reinforced bumpers and recovery points, a custom Fury Engrave roof rack, Motobilt Rock Crusher bumpers, and a Warn Platinum 12S winch with Bluetooth remote control. A 4-point custom air inflate system and a custom trailer hitch with full wiring/charging and braking-system transformer complete a package built for real-world desert travel.

Lighting and electrical are fully upgraded for night driving and reliability with a complete Rigid lighting system (light bar, pillar mounts, chase, bumper lights, inner fender lights) supported by auxiliary Oracle lighting, upgraded wiring/relays, Switch-Pros 12-switch control, and Banks computer systems. The build rolls on forged Baja Built beadlock wheels wrapped in Yokohama XMT 37” off-road tires, with a Teraflex reinforced spare tire carrier and a dual onboard air solution via two ARB twin-tank compressors.

Inside, the cabin is premium and purpose-built: custom leather interior upgrades with Mercedes-style illuminated air vents, Corbeau reinforced 5-point seating and harness mounting points with a Rockford rear support harness bar (custom), American Adventure Labs MOLLE panels (doors/overhead) and rear shelf, plus an advanced tech and audio package including Alpine/Wetsounds sound system, Garmin Satellite, Garmin Tread XL GPS, and an Icom 2000 CB radio. Carbon fiber upgrades include an MHF carbon steering wheel and carbon dash, finished with AMW dash controls and badging.
